Added a new parameter, default_password, to the [i4w_minilogin] shortcode. When used, it will allow a visitor to login using only her/his email. This is not for every site… but is well suited for free sites where access is intentionally kept as easy as possible.
Fixed an inconsistency in resolving the “registration page”, which now takes the global WordPress setting into consideration if no custom registration has been set.
