Added an option to suppress (default) or not the WP 3.1 “admin bar”.
If you choose not to disable the display of the “admin bar” then the current WordPress setting for each user will be used. In the user profile, you may then turn such a display on or off.
Disabling the “admin bar” only applies to non-admin users.
This option can be set and modified in the “Plugin Options” panel.
