Added auto-detection for OptimizePress v2 users, automatically disabling the “Force excerpt at all times” option. This enables OP2 “Live Editor” pages to function properly in conjunction with the iMember360 content protection scheme.
Also for OP2 users, added a patch to prevent the last known “rogue” <p> tags resulting from wpautop()’s “plugin interaction syndrome”.
Updated the version number to reflect compatibility with the latest WordPress release, v3.7
